The project is based on the creation of a new building which relates the Domènech House with the former masía and the conservation of the garden character which shows an strong urban presence.

To achieve these two objectives, it is suggested to build a closed volume which fronts the Riera respecting the height of the former garden fence, that conserves the existing palm trees in its interior.
