Study of the industrialized system in a real territory with the articulation of different typologies and its relation with the opened areas.

The dialogue between both terminals is based on the volumetric composition and the use of the same language of colour stripes which reproduce the image of the countryside in the different seasons.

The urban planning is proposed from double bay blocks parallel to plot edges, difference in height in order to comply with the maximum height allowed by the planning and execution of a common area.

The block displays opened to the park and it is articulated for minimizing its hard effect, creating access to the nice front of Avenida de la Generalitat Street.

Restoration of Camp Redó area with the creation of new public buildings and green spaces in order to improve a degraded area.
