An intervention in a great block with urban planning done in the 70´s, 12 story towers, with two already built.

  

The project proposes a unique body starting from the 12-story height of the initial tower, on the corner of the Rambla with the Carrilet Avenue, escalates to 4 planed floors. This volume unit offers a flat and ordered façade, reclaiming the urban street condition of the old Carrilet Boulevard; on the opposite façade that looks towards the new plaza, the front is developed in a articulated manner with lower commercial and office volumes that determine a more appropriate scale for pedestrians. In this façade, the only entrance to the apartments is placed from which a vertical communications tower subdivides into horizontal hallways of access to the different flats.
