The project takes advantage in a small maneuver margin by escalating the twin hallway blocks in regards to good direction and minimizing their volumetric impact.
The headings of these blocks are ordered in the direction of the most important street alignment, flattened with the passing block and so creating long urban façade that draws in silhouette the different episodic typologies, even the big shafts that visually connect the above-mentioned street with the interior gardens.
In the more tranquil opposite street the access to the subterranean parking is located and the doors that open to the garden lead to the private halls of every staircase block.
In this façade, the bottom finishing and the cornice elements emphasize the residential tone of the group, underlined by the silhouettes of the trees that emerge over the walls.
The treatment of the façades, very much conditioned by typological and volumetric episodes, is based in unifying the lining of the blinds and rails, constituted with perforated and undulated aluminum plates that bestow great visual and climatic comfort.
