DESCRIPTION
The main argument was to re-define the architectonic, urbanism and landscaping criteria that could give character to the environment. The objective of the project was to make the liberty of choice for the future owners of Lumine compatible with the unifying concepts that definethe community as a complex of architectonic quality and environmental excelence. The strategy is not to establish restrictions but to enhance in a positive way a broad scope of posibilities so that personal preferences fit within this framework of variety. This method doesn’t only seems adecuate to garantee the formal results of Lumine Community but as it foresees the possible variations on forehand, the control of the ‘turn key’ building budget is easier to control. There are three levels that define the characteristics from which the buyers can choose in order to define the dwelling that repsonds their to their necesities: a first level refers to the different charachters oif the ‘neigbourhoods’, a second level distinguishes the various typologies and a third level selects the concrete floorplan, the materials and the vegetation of the plot.
